    As custodians for a school with carpeted classrooms, my wife and I were constantly tripping over or getting tangled up with the 30 foot cord on our vacuum cleaner and shampooer. I was happy to find this product and so far am very satisfied with it, but we've only used it a week, and I can't give it five stars yet because I want to see how the coil holds up over time. The box states that a 'slinky' bag is included, but I did not receive one. On the other hand I really don't need to bag this up as we use it every day.
