Order Placement


Orders can be placed by clicking onto our secure yahoo store website located on our home page. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club.

Order Confirmation


An e-mail confirmation with your order number will be sent from us after you place your order. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail or phone to resolve the issue. If we are unable to contact you if there is a problem with your order, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping and Handling Policy


Rates will vary for shipping and handling charges through shipping options at time of check out and depending on destination and weight per shipment. mail option cannot be given a tracking number. UPS Ground shipments will vary depending on weight, location, and handling. UPS Expedited shipping charges will apply if this option is requested at time of check out.

Please allow 1 full business day to process order. Orders are shipped next business day if merchandise is in stock. If merchandise is out of stock please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. An email confirmation of your order status will be sent to you after placement of order.

Sales Tax


8.25% sales tax will be added for all orders shipping to California. All local fees and taxes out of the state of California are the customers responsibility.

Return Policy


We offer a 30 day return if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product. Please e-mail to santafesupply@gmail.com stating your reason for the return and state if you would like a replacement for the product or your money credited back to your account. We will respond with an email confirmation with your Return Authorization Number and instructions to send back the merchandise. In order to get a replacement or your money credited back to your account you must get a Return Authorization Number from us.
